Delivery Costs
Only one delivery charge will be applied per order regardless of order value or size.
United Kingdom which includes Northern Ireland:
Standard Delivery: £4.95
Express Delivery: £8.95
International Delivery including Southern Ireland:
Worldwide Delivery: £14.95
Please note that we're unable to ship aerosol cans worldwide due to customs regulations (UK mainland only)
Delivery Schedule
All orders placed before 16.00pm are dispatched same day Monday to Friday 09:00 am – 17.00pm to ensure rapid delivery times.
Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery orders are shipped within 24 hours and an independent survey discovered 98% of parcels arrive the next working day although we do ask that you allow 2 to 4 days for delivery.
Express Delivery: Next Day Delivery orders are guaranteed to be with you between 8am and 3pm the following day Monday to Saturday, subject to being ordered before 4pm (excluding bank holidays).
Back Orders
Unlike many of our competitors we hold high stock inventories to ensure we can fulfil orders rather than relying on a supply chain. In the event your item is not in stock, we will contact you with an approximate back order date, offer you an alternative or give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns policy
Need to return your fancy dress costume?
We operate a no quibbles guarantee which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within SEVEN DAYS from the date of the invoice in the condition that it was despatched to you. However due to the nature of wedding dresses we do expect customers to realise individually tailored cannot be returned. Packaging must be included and must not be damaged (this includes header cards being folded) and we will issue you with a refund for the price you paid for the item. Please ask for a returns form.
Returns Forms ask for the information we need in order to process your return. All items must have a Returns Form or we will be unable to process the return.
If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please see contact details below for advice.

For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing on delivery to our premises. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
